I have upgraded a non used SIM server from 6.2 to 6.3.
I am able to setup the trust by certificate, have setup the Version control agents, and e-mail.
However if i try to subscribe to WBEM events i get "Cause: Subscription infrastructure is not present or corrupted".
I have used the "configure and repair agents" option to add the domain user to the remote server to access the WBEM events, and the SMH on the remote servers looks like it working, just cant get the SIM server to recconize this.
I have re-booted
unsubscribed, then try to subscribe,
disabled the firewall
uninstalled, re-installed, forced re-install, formatted the whole system and re-installed
checked i was using the correct password, and still getting the same error.
Any one know how to fix this?

Note: make sure the hardware/OS is supoprted for the version of the providors
- Discover the device in SIM
- Manually set the WBEM credetials to use in the 'System Credentials' pane
- Ensuer this account has local admin privledges on the traget server or that you have altered the WMI security appropriayely for a standard account to subscribe
- Check that all firewalls are not blocking access
- try and subscribe to indications via the command line
