HP-SIM Uncleared events are not shown

Hi,

From Last 2 months onwards there is no alert e-mails from Hp_SIM & not able to see any uncleared events (Critical,Major,,etc).

But i can see the no.of events and when i click on the numbers no list is showing.

so can some one help me to findout where exactly the problem located?

5. Start sim service

Unable to clear critical uncleared events

1. Stop the SIM serveice
2. Open sql management studio
3. Run this query:

delete from notices where ((noticeType != 1 ) and (noticeSeverity = X) )

replace the x with
5 = Critical '
4 = major
3 = minor
100 = information

4. After that run mxconfigrepo -f
