Troubles with the new firmware 1.25 for the ilo3

Hello guy's

we have some troubles since we have decided to install the new firmware 1.25 for the ilo3. in the hp sim the server is reporting warnings after a while:

SNMP - There is a server problem that is degrading functionality. iLo - There is a server problem that is degrading functionality.

if we connect to the server ilo interface or the management homepage everything is alright. does anybody know how i can fix this or is there a workaround?

where is the solution for ths post, i dont see any solution but its saying go to solution and nothing is there oither than Event log which actually is the question.

Please let me know the solution for this.
