      <title>Cannot loginto SIM hangs "Please wait. Checking for a Java Runtime Environment"</title>

      <description>I have a Proliant ML370 , running Windows 2003 Server OS.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I installed SIM version 7.01.&lt;BR /&gt;When I try to login to the Management console,the Browser hangs at "Please wait. Checking for a Java Runtime Environment"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Java console states : "Invoking method: public boolean com.hp.mx.portal.applet.baseapplet.testApplet.isInit()"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The problem is the same on local and remote machines accessing this server, with many IE configurations and JRE versions.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What should I do ? (I Have already reinstalled the program...)</description>

      <description>After aditional testing :&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The program does work on windows 2000 Systems !&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It does not work on Windows 2003 and Windows XP sp1/SP2&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Search through the Forums, there's a few items.&lt;BR /&gt;I'm guessing you're running 4.01.&lt;BR /&gt;Check you have the Patch that fixes the issue introduced by MS04-025.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;From the Help Button, you should be able to check the version you're running, mine says:&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;     Operating system:  Windows 2003  &lt;BR /&gt;     Version:  Systems Insight Manager 4.1 with SP1 - Windows  &lt;BR /&gt;     Build version:  C.04.01.00.01  &lt;BR /&gt;     Build date:  2004-05-20 14:37  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There's also some stuff as regards XP and SP2, something to do with the Firewall features, don't know the details as I've not gone anywhere near XP.</description>
