I have two units, one Windows based server and one Novell based server, that I cannot access the integrated log due to a unknown management agent password. I inherited these units from a previous administrator whom I am unable to contact. Is there anyway short of deinstalling and reinstalling the agents to "Reset" a password to a know value so I can access the logs to clear them out?

Hi Michael.
Copy the CPQHMMD.ACL file (usually in c:\compaq\wbem or SYS:compaq\wbem folder) from a server you know the agent password to the server where you don't know the password. Restart the web agent, the password will be changed to the same as the server from which you copied the file.
This file can be used either on a NW or on a M$ server.
Regards.
