    <description>Changed the password on the account being used to install, then changed it back after vpm was installed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The next version to come out will solve the password being able to have special charcaters, according to HP.</description>

      <title>VPM Installation Error</title>

      <description>I am trying to install VPM, everytime it failes with &lt;BR /&gt;"Product RMS not Installed: Service RMS error.  The spcified service does not exist as installed service 0x424"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have not been able to find a reference to what its looking for so far.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is a DL360 G2 server running Windows 2003 Server.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for any help you can give.</description>

      <description>Worked with HP Tech Support to find the answer.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;VPM 1.0 can not install with an account that has special characters in it.</description>
