I`m having issue with insight manager 4.2. <BR />1. I have allowed necessary port which wrote in white paper Understanding HP System Insight Manager but I can`t get HW and SW information from managed servers(Proliant DL380G3, win2000server). On managed servers all required software is installed. Managed server are behind firewall Cisco PIX 515E…..only ping is enabled but all required ports are allowed. <BR />2. When I want run data collection I receive error message:<BR />Event Details: Unable to complete Data Collection<BR /><BR />Event Identification and Details<BR />Event Severity Minor<BR /><BR />Cleared Status Not cleared<BR />Event Source epwebext<BR />Associated System epwebext <BR />Associated System Status Normal<BR /><BR />Event Time 28-Jan-2005, 09:21:50 CET<BR />Description The Data Collection task did not complete.
