I am having trouble getting HP SIM to add it to its database. The device does respond to ping and tracert. Also, if I use the mxgethostname command line, it does resolve properly to the device.<BR /><BR />I have tried to add the device manually as well as using the Automatic Discovery. So far, nothing is working. <BR /><BR />What could be causing this? More importantly, how do I fix it?<BR /><BR />Thanks!!!
