Jim,

Not sure what PSP - is but I unchecked - show friendly HTTP error messages - logged back in. When I do the initial login - it doesn't work - used to go to an error page, I would hit a hyperlink that took me back - 2nd time I logged in everything was fine. - now with friendly message unchecked I login, it flashes, brings me back to login - signin, wham it works.

Regarding install firmware - no problem on that form.

rerun global protocol settings same error - not sure what a 500 error is or how to fix it other than what I did...

BTW this is the only form I seem to have problems with?

Thanks
joe

Folks,

In the process of trying to do something else it has come to my attention that I need to edit the settings of the Globabl Protocol Settings - when I drill through to the form I get a jave/tomcat error - I am attaching the error output.

Unfortunately I am not much of a developer so this is looking pretty foreign to me - any help would be appreciated.

Regards,
Joe

I am assuming that is an Http://500 error.

Try and run the Initial PSP and see if you end up with this error and also on Install Software and Firmware.

- Jim

I see David wants me to open a ticket with Support - that is fine - since this is not a 'purchased' product and I don't have a system handle for it - should I just use my HPOV sys handle? I don't see IM, Systems Insight Manager, Compaq Insight Manager or any other category on the web support for creating a ticket that maps to this product?

Please let me know.

Thanks
Joe
