Dear all,

We open the HP Survey Utility from the HP System Management Homepage. The link is working an the Utility is getting the data for the report. However, it stops at Current process: Output Session 10 (please refer to the attached screenshot).
Please note: we are using the latest software releases (support pack etc.).

How can we fix this in order to get the Survey Report?

Thank you very much.

Kind Regards,
Matthias

The Survey Utility is being sunset. Its functionality has been replaced with the HP Online Diagnostics which is part of newer Support Paqs or available as a single download. We have had problems with the survey service crashing in a W2K/W2K3 environment and are in the process of removing it from all of our servers.

Thanks.. I was able to use HP Insight Diag successfully. You are right - the survey is not needed anymore.

Cheers, Matthias
