Looking for documentation for HP Management Agents for Netware

Hi all,

We just installed some new netware servers and I need to configure the management agents. I can find the deployment documentation, but not the configuration documentation. Can someone send me a pointer?

Thanks, Hari, but I already looked at that document. A lot of the settings in the HP Systems Management Homepage are not available under Netware. I am looking for information like the name of the module to load to configure the agents.

Thanks very much! I think I have almost all of the pieces in place now. Just one more question: is there any mechanism for changing the Web agent user (administrator, operator, user) passwords from the server console?

I'm almost certain that you can't change web agent passwords from the server console.
The only way I'm aware of is from the Device Home Page.
(http://"servername":2301/cpqlogin.htm?ChangePassword=yes).

But, if you want to share the same passwords and configuration settings with other servers you can replicate these settings in this way:

Once you are satisfied with the first server, find these files below and copy them to the other servers.

SYS:\SYSTEM\COMPAQ\WBEM\CPQHMMD.ACL
SYS:\SYSTEM\COMPAQ\WBEM\HOMEPAGE\CPQHMMD.INI

Overwrite the existing files and restart the agents by entering the following commands at the console:

CPQHLTAG
(wait for the agents to unload)
CPQSNMP
