topic Windows 2003 SP1 RC2 in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

After applying Windows 2003 SP1 RC2 on a blade server - BL20p G2 , the server is not displaying correct information ( ie product name is listed as "Unknown HP SNMP device" instead of Proliant BL20p G2 ) on HP SIM Ver 4.2 .Added to that, the Blade enclosure on SIM shows that the blade server slot is not occupied ("no server or desktop is identified")

Also in Insight Management agent version 7.10 , no information on the configuration of the server is reported. Anyone experienced this issue before?

Thanks for all inputs

Thanks for the reply,
unfortunately I still end up with the same error even after updating IMA to version 7.2
Some items now are missing at the System Mgmt Homepage of the blade server.

Jorge,
If you update the agents from 7.20 you also need to install the System Management Homepage 2.0 component that is also part of the 7.20 PSP. If you did not install that component but updated the agents that may explain why you are missing some items from the SMH.
-Rich
