    <description>There is no technical restriction requiring hpSIM to run on a ProLiant or even requires HP hardware.   Be sure that the system meets the minimum system requirements as stated in the QuickSpecs (which, by the way, requires W2K SP4).  However, we do no qualifications on non-HP platforms so conflicts may not be known.  Also, be aware that HP customer services may not be able to support you on questions when run on a non-qualified platform.</description>
