Blade System Console HTTP error

when i try to run the Blade system console i get an error message like this :

HTTP Status 500 -

description The server encountered an internal error () that prevented it from fulfilling this request.

Does anyone have any ideas how i can get round this problem, HPSIM is service packed to the latest and im just looking for some new ideas on how to fix this

I get the same thing on a fresh install of 4.2 sp2...

I am working with a customer who is experiencing the same issue so I was wondering if you had ever gotten an answer to this.

No i still have the same problem with this, i have also tried a new install on a different server but i still get the same problems.

installed version 5 and suddenly it works now
