Hi,
I noticed the new Proliant Support Pack 7.3 for Win2000, 2003 or 2003 x64 does not download automatically to the Version control repository. When I issued the update automatically from the hp site on the vrcrm I've got the following entry in the log:

2005/05/04 2:38:11 PM The automatic repository update process completed successfully. No new, applicable files were found for download.

I recall in the past the 7.20 or 7.10 were downloaded automatically to the VCRM.
Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Ana
You need to configure at least one of the VCA's to point to the above VCRM.
I was able to download the Proliant Support Pack 7.30 for Win2000, 2003 and 2003 x64 yesterday.

There was a slow catalog update that did not occur simultaneous with the availability of the PSP's. If you have it setup as Anantha suggested you might try again and see if it works now.

-Rich

Hi,
All of my VCA's point to the VCRM server. Is that what you meant? Even still the 7.30 doesn't automatically download. I must be missing something.
Ana

It downloaded today. Yes it takes time. It seems like the catalog.xml was updated today <CATALOG time_stamp="2005.5.5.0.0.0">. Thanks for your responses.</CATALOG>
