Insight Agents mailing alerts from VMware ESX / Linux

When the 7.20 agents on my ESX 2.5 box send email alerts, they are "to" and "from" root. On my Windows boxes, in the 'Event Notifier Configuration', I can set the to and from for the messages. How can I do that on the ESX agents?

(I'm a Linux novice)
