Have you installed the HP SIM Agents on that Server?
What kind of Server is it?
It indicates either the Agents are not installed or they're not running. The Agents are Web Based, SNMP is required for the Server discovery and identification by HPSIM. OpenSSH is not involved at this point.

Try rerunning the Identification Task for the Server. Then check the protocols discovered.

Try browsing to the Server directly, e.g. https://server:2381, first from the Server itself and then from the HPSIM Server.

Any firewalls possibly restricting the ports 2301 (http) or 2381 (https)?

I'll also assume you installed 7.20A and went to 7.30A. I don't believe there's a 7.40 available as yet.
