Polling Status

IS there a way to change the polling time in SIM 4.2? I am receiving a number of false PING alerts. I beleive the reason is because the server may be busy or SIM is polling too often. Can you set SIM to PING a few times before actually sending the alert? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Options -> Protocol Settings -> Global Protocol Settings

You can also use the System Protocol Settings to override the Global if you have Servers on a slow link for instance.

Changed the Global Polling time as per the suggestions recorded in the thread.
