Device Home Page show only Version Control

Hi everbody,

I have a problem on a DL580G2 that the Systemmangement Homepage only shows the entry Version Control in the Main section.

It don't shows the other Agents but they are installed with version 7.30 and started.

A Restart of the agents an dthe whole machine won't resolve the problem.

What is the reason and how can i resolved it.

Hi Pat,

I read this thread but nothing of them will work. The OS is a W2k with SP4.

Alen,
Do you have the System Management Homepage component installed? If you had older software, pre-7.20PSP's, and then if you upgraded your agents without installing the entire 7.30PSP they will not show up on the System Management Homepage. The System Managemnt Homepage changed in the 7.20 PSP (and later) and it now comes in its own component. You might make sure that the System Management Homepage component is installed.

Hi Rich,

problem is now resolve. Your tip with the Systemmanagement Homepage was right.
I reinstalled the newest version and now i hav already all datas in it.
