    <description>You can manually run the cpxxxxxx.exe packages on the Server to install components.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The VCA should be there, check the service is running.</description>

      <description>The CMS doubles up as the VCRM, it will not allow the VCA install to complete on the same server, due to it being the VCRM. The SW status is not the usual green tick but blue information.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any reason why?</description>

      <description>Hello&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you move your cursor over the i it should display the reason. Probably is somthing with certificates.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>VCA Agent not found, is the reason, question is seeing as the server is a VCRM shoul dit have a VCA installed, if so how, cause I have tried.</description>

      <description>The VCA should have been installed as part of the Proliant Support Pack.  It is not a component of the SIM installation.</description>
