For instance I made a folder called Locations and in that folder I made multiple collections that contained the IP ranges for various sites. 5 does not appear to support this, does anyone know of an alternate method of creating folders. <BR /><BR />Note: I changed my OS to 2003, so I opted for a new installation. I do not know if this would have been perserved in an upgrade. You can then create an additional collection and place it inside the 'Folder' you created in the previous step.
