How to do this?<BR /><BR /><B> Long story ,</B><BR /><BR />We require complex passwords for service accounts. I used a "a-z" password for install and installed it. It has been running for a week. But now it's time to change the password.<BR /><BR />I stopped the services, changed the logon account password, changed the services account password and restarted the services. <BR /><BR />Now I have two results in the Application log files:<BR /><BR />com.hp.mx.database.DbVerificationException: Error loading database verification handler 'com.hp.mx.database.MsSqlVerificationHandler'<BR />com.hp.mx.database.DbVerificationException: Error accessing database<BR /><BR />and<BR /><BR />SQL <BR />18452 :<BR />Login failed for user '(null)'. Reason: Not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection.<BR /><BR />I have also tried changing this service account to a easy "a-z" password again, but I get the same results.<BR /><BR />Thank you.
