Hi Everybody

I've just started using HP Client Manager to manage desktops and would like to use a single interface HP SIM as i already use it for server management. I dont understand how to install the HP SIM connector tool for altiris.

Ive downloaded it, and it just appears to be another installation of altiris notification server. Does anybody have this installed? and if so, how do you do it? and where did you get it from?

Thanks in advance.
Well i found the answer thanks to some rough direction i found in another thread. I'll outline the steps exactly to make it easier for everybody.

Firstly ignore the connectors you download from altiris. It just seemed to download another version of Altiris Notification server.

Once you have Notification server installed, and have installed HP Client Manager Do the following.

1. Open the Altitis console.
2. Click the configuration tab.
3. Select Available Solutions.
4. Select the Segments button
5. Click Connectors
6. CLick Altiris Connector for HP Systems Insight Manager.

Done.
Now i just have to work out how to use it...

May i have a gold star now... hahaha

Goodluck.
