I configured the e-mail settings to place a pager number in the subject line, but, when the event fires, it adds DEVICE NAME:ERRORTEXT: then the pager ID. This will not work with our current configuration. <BR /><BR />I tried writing a custom command, but, I cannot figure out how to place the environmental variables in my ini file that I wrote to send an e=mail. Any thoughts?
