I was on the HP SIM integration site and it appears that only Proliant Management agents up to 7.1 will work. Is this true? I am trying to integrate with servers running support pack 7.3 and 7.4. Any news will be greatly appreciated.

It's true, because the integration is not revised with each new agent release. The integration module is designed so that any NEW events that aren't understood don't go away and disappear, they get thrown into an 'other' category.

You also might want to check back on the web site next Monday [hint].

Thanks for the heads up. I wasn't worried so much about the events it was the automated grouping of the systems into the proper categories. There are a lot of servers and they are all up to minimum of. 7.3.
