All Agent services cannot start

These agent listed below cannot start even automatic or manual. And the HP SMH cannot report any component status.
Can someone give me a hand ?

HP Insight NIC Agent
HP Insight Server Agents
HP Insight Storage Agents

I don't recall all the dependencies but all these agents are SNMP based so they require that at least SNMP is running and probably the health driver which I think is called the management driver now or the system management driver?

It is fixed by re-install the SNMP service. Tks
