When SIM access the database server it gets an error "com.hp.mx.database.DbVerificationExecption: Error loading database verification handler 'com.hp.mx.databse....

What I found is: The System was setup with service account SVC1(has full perm on both systems). However most tasks and what not appear to run as User1. When SIM access the database, account User1 is used.

Recently had to change User1 password. Now SIM is failing with the above error. I suspect this is a very easy thing to correct, but can not find any info.. I can't find where or how to change this. The GUI will not launch! Does this have to be corrected with the CLI utilities? If so, HOW?

Would like to have SVC1 be used instead of User1. Has anyne ran into this? Where is this covered in the technical manuals?

Need help fast.

Thanks in advance.. Brian
