    <description>For the first part, are you viewing the page via the server name (ex: https://servername:50000) or the full name (ex: &lt;A href="https://server1.hp.com:50000)?" target="_blank"&gt;https://server1.hp.com:50000)?&lt;/A&gt; I ran into this when I first set SIM up. I just created a shortcut to load with the full name.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For the client, you do need to establish a trust. To do this, connect to the client, go to Settings, click on Options under HTTP Server, select your trust type, and save you config.</description>

      <title>Insight Manager</title>

      <description>I receive an error that reads certificate doesn't match when I start Insight Manager.  In addition when, I try to use the disk thresholds settings, I get another error having to do with trust relationship.  The insight manager doesn't trust the agent.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please advice,&lt;BR /&gt;Fernie&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
