Problem with Reports

I'm having an issue where no data is returned on any of the reports in Insight Manager.

Reports\Manage Reports
Inventory Servers - All Servers

Run Report
(my userid has all buttons enabled - Run Report, Copy, New, Edit, Delete)

Nothing is returned on this or any other report.

SQL shows:

Inventory - Servers

SQL QUERY USED TO GENERATE THE DATA IN THE TABLE: Inventory

select R_Inventory.DeviceName, R_Inventory.ProductType, R_Inventory.ProductName, R_Inventory.SerialNumber, R_Inventory.AssetTag, R_Inventory.MemorySize, R_Inventory.OSName, R_Inventory.OSVendor, R_Inventory.Location, R_Inventory.DeviceOwner from R_Inventory WHERE ((R_Inventory.SnapShotID=-1) OR (R_Inventory.SnapShotID is NULL)) AND DeviceKey in (select devices.deviceKey from devices JOIN notices ON devices.deviceKey = notices.deviceKey and notices.NoticeType = 1 JOIN consolidatedNodeAuths ON devices.mxGuid = consolidatedNodeAuths.NodeId and consolidatedNodeAuths.userID = '00000000864162de000000040000000c' WHERE ( ( devices.productType = 1) ) ) order by R_Inventory.DeviceName ASC

Verified this query returns no rows in SQL Server query analyzer. Had the admin who setup the system run the same report and he returns data. The only thing that is different is the consolidatedNodeAuths.userID value. His query also returns rows in the query analyzer.

What would be wrong with my login that I would not return any data?
