HP SMH working on localhost:2381 blank from remote

I am running HPSMH version 2.1.4.143 on a DL380G3 running RedHat ES 3. When I connect from localhost to port 2381, I get the correct web page. When I attempt to connect from a remote system to port 2381, I get absolutely nothing displayed. I have trust set to all and I do show that 2381 is bound on the network interface. When I connect from a remote system to port 2301, I get redirected as I would expect to, but again the page is absolutely blank.

Your browser settings may not be allowing to view the page.
Try adding your SMH site address to the trusted sites in your browser.
To add the site in IE: Click on "Tools->Internet options->security->trusted sites->sites" and add https://system-name

Hi, I think it's highly likely to be a browser issue. MS IE is by default configured in a nonverbose way. Have you tried Firefox yet? It'll probably give you more than just a blank page...

No, I am not using internet explorer. I have tried Firefox and Mozilla with the same results.

However, I did try internet explorer and it worked as expected. I went back to Firefox and changed my proxy settings to use direct connections and it worked. It looks like my privoxy (linux html/javascript filtering proxy) wasn't set up correctly.

The problem was due to my browser's proxy configuration.
