Are your other agent services running? The VCA does not get the version information itself - the foundation agent service collects the version information and the VCA picks it up out of a table.

-Rich

I have installed PSP 7.50 on 2 windows 2003 ervers and the HP ProLiant Remote Monitor Service for Windows does not upgrade from 5.1.2195.0 Version 5.2.2195.0. I have tried running cp005764.exe and this installs but after a reboot the VCA still reports version 5.1.2195.0 is installed. I have a yellow warning triangle because this will not install.

any help

steven
