Reporting on individual software components

Hi all,

Does anyone know if it's possible to retrieve a list by server of individually installed components?

For example, I'm trying to find out which version of the VCA all our servers are running. The standard report just gives all installed software for each one, which is a bit much info.. It's possible to filter that out, but just wondering if there was an easier way =)

Try to think of it the opposite way--which version of the VCA do you want your servers running? Build a Custom Support Pack with that version in it and that's your reference. Then use that as the basis to distribute the updates.

hm, good idea =)
Was just thinking on a way to roll out the new VCA gradually as it needs a reboot..
Could use that to match it up tho!
