Hi people.

I've got the weirdest problem on my hands.
We've been running HPSIM 5.0 for a few months now without any problems.
I recently changed my password (admin account, which also installed HPSIM), and then the problems started.

suddenly my accounts keeps being locked out every 5 minutes. I now have renamed my account to something else, but still i can see in the HPSIM audit that HPSIM is still trying to do some things under my old account name.

also in the event viewer i can see that the process SVCHOST is trying to make connections to servers under my old account name (see attachment).

HP SIM has no services running under this account, and also the Database user is different, so that's not the problem.

I've rebooted the server, and searched for my old account name in .txt, .cfg, .bat files and the registry....

Could you please help me in this?

Many thanks,

Silvester

Well joy :)
I think i found the solution myself.
At the global protocal settings, the Default BEM settings was set, and my account was set there.
This was locking my ADS account all the time.

I'll state this here, in case some-one else makes the same stupid mistake :P

Yours,

Silvester
