Devices blank after upgrade

I did an inplace upgrade from CIM 7 SP2 to HP SIM 4.1 today. It went through a rather lengthy process of importing the queries, devices, tasks etc.. but now from the main console I don't see any servers ? If I try to add a server manually, it tells me the device already exists. Can anyone please shed any light ?

Did you go to Options --> Security --> Users and Authorizations and add authorizations for "CMS" and "All Managed Systems"? The authorizations are not migrated from IM7.
