These are DL380 G4's. I have reboot the servers several times and yet still cannot get this version of the agent to load. We are currently on 2.1.2.740 I did notice on the release notes there was a 2.1.2.740B between the new version. Any one got a clue on this one why 2.1.4.750 will not load??

Did you try to uninstall the old one before installation?

I've seen the VCA installation fail if preconditions are not met, I think it requires both HP SMH and SNMP to be installed, does the installation log say anything about any missing precondition components ?
