Netware and SIM 4.2 Windows SP2

I have an issue with getting SIM to report on the Product Name and OS Name in the console. Also, the System Management Homepage is not listed on the Links tab for the servers.

What configs need to done make sure that Netware servers report correctly?

Any info would be helpful.

Have you configured SNMP on your netware servers to send information to SIM?

The Netware admin says YES. Is there a specific config I can have them verify for me? I do not admin Netware just the HP management software :(

Brandy, create a custom list:

where [operating system] [contains] [netware]
and [management protocol] [is] [snmp]

When you display that list, it will show you whether or not HP SIM has discovered SNMP on those systems or not.

That works as long as it knows its Netware already...My problem is the Netware servers that show SNMP under Management Protocols on the systems General System Information page from the console but the OS and Product info is not listed nor is the Link to the system's homepage. Something is missing...
