system management controller driver installment issue

Hello all,

I am trying to install "insight management agents" for on a proliant DL380 G4 runing Windows 2003 SP1. It will not install because of the following error:

"Could not find appropriate system management controller driver".

If I try to install the driver (cp005773.exe)the following error appears :

"required hardware is not present in the system or the software/firmware doesn't apply to this system".

How can I install the driver so I can install the insight manager? (our do I need an other driver?)

Thx for the help

PS: when I start the "System Management Homepage" it says "System Model: unknown" in the upper right corner. Could this have something to do with it?
