Actually, HP SIM is working fine, you just cannot access it from the system with the patched browser. Netscape/Mozilla are still able to access. See the thread at http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=651985 for more info.

This patch brakes your IM, either uninstall the patch or use a different browser...
