One example is SNMP trap #3046 in CPQIDA.MIB. Trap handling is set to enabled, severity is set to critical.
It shows up in the logs as a warning and the alert did not get sent.

I am also not receiving about half of the system unreachable alerts either. This is kind of hit and miss.

I am set up to receive all critical and major alerts via e-mail. This has worked fine until recently, and nothing has been changed on my Sims server.

I noticed in the event logs of one my servers that it has a failing hard drive. I wasn’t notified through Sims alerts, so I checked the SNMP trap settings under Options, Events. This trap is indeed a severity rating of critical. I could not understand why I did not receive an alert.

I then looked in the Sims All Event log, and this event is listed, but with a severity of warning! As I went through the logs, I noticed quite a few different events listed as warning even though the SNMP settings are set to critical. No wonder I am not getting any alerts!

Does anyone know how to fix this?
I am already running the 7.50 Mibs and have been since they were released. Maybe I should reregister them?

Thank you Daniel! Re-registering the MIBs seems to have done the trick for now.
