Hi!
Is it possible to change the Reference Support Pack on multiple target systems from within HP SIM instead of the time consuming work when you access Version Control on each system to change the settings?

In our environment there are Support Packs in the repository ranging from 7.40 to 7.60 and I want the systems to use 7.60 as reference.
Now a system shows up green despite it has 7.50.

Or is the solution just to skip all support packs but 7.60 in the repository?

Best Regards / Jimmy

Setup the version control agent on a server and use this as a reference.

in sim
choose the servers that you want to change the settings on.
goto configure - replicate agent settings then choose the reference server from above and choose the settings in the VCA that you want to replicate.

after this job has run then run a software status polling job on all the server to update the icon under SW.

steven
