As long as my older servers 380 G1's and 1850's even are pulling back info even to just say it's expired as long as there is a Serial Number in the bios of the server and agent level is greater than 6.0.

What model hardware? The product ID only shows up in my latest hardware. It is in the bios of the newer servers. But I am finding that as long as I have newer agents than 6.0, company/contact info on the system properties page and a Serial Number in the Bios then Contract module is working great.

Product ID was only introduced when serial numbers transitioned to 10 digits from 14 digits. If a product has a 14 digit s/n, it does not have a product ID. The transition roughly corresponds to the introduction of the ML/DL 3x0 G4 series...

That will explain, I'm missing this number on all type of servers including bades BL20P. So I need to make sure I have the latest BIOS ?, The old servers less than G4 do the Warranty/Contract module will work or this will be for the latest HP hardware... <BR />
