Hello,

I have a very frustrating issue concerning the SMH on my VCRM server. No matter how long I set the timeout to be, the SMH will always time out and I am unable to retrieve any information. Also, the VCRM seems to be taking up a lot of system resources, but does nothing. I am able to connect to the VCRM about 40% of the time from other servers.

If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Turns out the IP of one our trap servers was changed. I've reconfigured the SNMP settings and everything works fine now. Thanks.
