    <description>I am using&lt;BR /&gt;Operating system:  Windows 2003  &lt;BR /&gt;     Version:  Systems Insight Manager 5.0 with SP5 - Windows  &lt;BR /&gt;     Build version:  C.05.00.02.00  &lt;BR /&gt;     Build date:  2006-05-23 11:07  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I installed the latest (as of today 16th February 2007) patches for Windows server 2003 today. After this I get errors in SIM. I can logon and see the number of events but I get a message:&lt;BR /&gt;HTTP Status 500 - &lt;BR /&gt;type Exception report&lt;BR /&gt;message &lt;BR /&gt;description The server encountered an internal error () that prevented it from fulfilling this request.&lt;BR /&gt;I have added a picture of the error message when starting SIM on a client (or the local server itself).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried looking at the system log file, but it does not say much. I would be grateful for any support&lt;BR /&gt;pointing me in the right direction.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>After doing a search I found a thread about 6-9 months old called "http status 500- No longer working (after MS updates) - This thread has been closed". This suggested &lt;BR /&gt;Try run this command "mxconfigrepo -f" from lbin directory of your Systems Insight Manager. Then start your HPSIM Service and try to logon again. &lt;BR /&gt;That worked out..</description>
