      <description>i have this same isue with SIM after a reboot, all i do let run for 5 min then close it and try it again, and again, then if it doesn't open, you have diffenrent trouble, how big is you database mine is 24 gbs.you?</description>

      <description>The SNMP service is started and running under the Local services account. And all except the HP Virtual Machine Management Service are started and running under the Local System account.</description>
