Yes, the MP is showing up green with the correct name in the correct machine.

All fields showing correct type, name, product ID, etc.

Also, yes, the user/pass combos I setup in the Power Manager configuration are/should be on the iLOs. Verified it and could log into iLO fine with those combinations.

Sean

Under reports I have a ProLiant DL385 G2, however tool launch still says no and when I click the checkbox, it basically tells me the system is not supported.
All the latest agents, Win 2K3 Standard, in Power configuration I have the right login & password combos.
This model is supported per documentation, valid trust on box, and everything looks fine. However, 95% of the machines supported show up this way.
Anyone have any ideas as to why or what to check?

Thanks,
Sean

Has the management processor for the boxes in question been discovered and associated? (Is there a ? in the MP status column or a status?) The mechanism used for Power Manager is the iLO. Also, make sure the password is the iLO password and not the OS password.

Fixed. Had to enter PUID manually under system properties, which I found in another thread.
