HP SIM 5.1

1) How do I configure HP SIM 5.1 to send me an email when specific events happen on a server specifically hardware events. For instance, a hard drive failed on one of our servers but it does not show in HP SIM as a critical problem. I would like to configure it so that it does, and also sends an email to me.

2) How do you add items to the Version Control Repository Manager (VCRM)? For instance if I want to add a firmware update and push it out to my servers, where do I add it and how?

3) Are you able to disable certain events from reporting to HP SIM 5.1 or at least change their classification from critical problem to minor problem?

4) How do I update all my servers Insight Management agent and homepage without going to each individual server and updating them from the cd?

Any help or insight on any of these questions would be appreciated. Thanks

I've tried the automatic event handling but it doesn't give me the results I am looking for. I want all hardware events to report to HP SIM as critical events, they are only reporting as informational events right now, how do I change that.
