Hi,

Not really SIM, but kind of related:

Does any know how to allow IE7 to work with the Java-based threshold applets on the HP System Management Pages of a server? For example the CPU or paging thresholds that have the sliding yellow and red triangles.

I have Java installed (I think 1.4.1) but all I get is a little "red x" in the applet when I open the page in IE7. I am sure this is just a security setting or advanced setting in IE, but I have not figured out which one.

Anyone got this to work?
Thanks
Nelson

Nelson,
I tend to use Firefox, but I do have IE7.
Tried that here and I could both see and set the thresholds.
I am on the new 1.6.0 version of the JRE. So Dan might be on the money with the JRE update.
