event driven task "Enable Remote Support" error

This task runs when a system is discovered by HPSIM. The task is ran by Administrator. The command that is ran is "cscript.exe //e:\jscript //nologo "C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\RemoteSupport\bin\autoEnable.js" -g 0000001185e748360000000300000007 -h eagle -id -t -sn USE603N4VT -csn -pn 399684-001 -o -c US"

It produces an error in stdout with this content
"CScript Error: Can´t find script engine "\jscript" for script "C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\RemoteSupport\bin\autoEnable.js""

What is the problem? This is a fresh install of HPSIM and the remote support package. What is missing from the install?

if it applies "jview" shows the version as "5.0.3810.0"

Help, My servers are not showing up in the remote support window.....ISEE is broken and can't get up.

The OS is Windows 2003 SP2

This error is still in the log file but HPSIM and RSS are now working so I don't much care.........
