    <description>Hi all,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've been trying to update software on a large number of servers but am getting errors similar to the following frequently: &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Message: Smart Component, cp007563.exe, returned result code 3, no action taken.&lt;BR /&gt;...&lt;BR /&gt;The software will not be installed on this  system because the required hardware is not present in the system or the software/firmware doesn't apply to this system.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I know the hardware is in the system, and that it needs updating. Can anyone shed any light on why this might not be working for me?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;Matt&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
