I am unable to download SIM 5.1 with SP1 or SIM 5.0 with SP5. Says 'We are unable to process your order'. We are currently using SIM 4.1 and I wanted to upgrade. Is it now a purchaseable add on?

Thanks

Lenny

Looks like the insight Manager download doesn't like our proxy server. I turned off the proxy settings and didn't get the error. Page went straight to the download instead. I then turned the settings back on and I was able to download the file.

Lenny
